Jeonggwan Senteureolpakeu Apateu is an apartment complex on flat land in Jeonggwan-eup, Busan, surrounded by restaurants in a residential area. Bus stops stand at the main and rear entrances, and residents use a middle school near Dalsancho and Banggokcho. The complex is next to Jwagangcheon and has separate senior centers for men and women. Its cleaning condition is good, but the grounds have a messy feel.
