Jeju Star Rentcar is a rental car company located about five minutes from Jeju Airport, renting out a range of vehicle types. It runs online reservations and a free airport shuttle, and vehicle pickup is handled through a kiosk. After kiosk check-in, keys are collected at the desk, and a mobile ID must be entered by hand. Phone lines can be unreachable for three days, and there is no contact when vehicle problems occur.
