Staywith Coffee is a coffee roastery in Haedong, Jeju, that brews beans from various origins by hand drip. It offers Guatemala, Ethiopia, and Colombia beans along with a jambon beurre croissant and a bagel arugula sandwich. Orders are placed on the first floor, where the barista checks temperature and time and pours in several stages, and seating is available on the second-floor full-length windows, the third-floor rooms and desks, and the outdoor terrace. Reaching it without a car is difficult, and parking is inconvenient.
