Starbucks Jeju City Hall is a three-floor cafe near the Jeju City Hall intersection, selling coffee along with Jeju-exclusive drinks and desserts. It offers Jeju Bijarim Cold Brew, Jeju green tea drinks, and bagels, and drinks are ordered on the first floor. The second floor has a high ceiling and full-length windows, while the third floor is quiet and a parking lot sits behind the building. The parking area is not large and holds only a few cars.
