Starbucks Jeju Chilseong is a cafe near the entrance of Dongmun Market and Chilseong-ro that sells coffee along with Jeju-exclusive drinks and goods. Its signature items are the Jeju mugwort rice cake cream Frappuccino, Jeju black cream Frappuccino, Oreum cheese cat Churri, and baengnyeon chocolate crunch cake. The second floor has wide seating and sofas, and it was not crowded even at 6:30 in the evening. The ordering area on the first floor is on the small side.
