Seungppeumdang

Seungppeumdang is a neighborhood bakery in the old residential alleys of Ildo 2-dong, Jeju, selling danpatppang, salt bread, and cakes. The rice-flour danpatppang is filled with red bean paste, and the lineup also includes chapssal donuts, garlic baguette, and olive ciabatta. The building next to the shop is used as a bread factory, where bakers can be seen mixing dough by hand. Popular breads sell out quickly, so the timing of a visit matters.
