Ppapparagi

Ppapparagi is a dessert shop in Jeju that serves old-style patbingsu. The patbingsu comes with one refill of red bean, and the shop also serves yogurt bingsu and chocolate bingsu. On weekdays the wait was about 10 minutes, and an hour before closing on Sunday the shop was full with a wait. Parking must be arranged on your own in the surrounding area.
