Penguin Lady

Penguin Buin is a dessert cafe in Jeju that bakes scones, cookies, and madeleines in small batches on the day they are sold. The scones are baked crisp on both the outside and the inside, and the cafe also makes macarons. The owner trained at Le Cordon Bleu and also runs cooking classes. Banana pudding is on the menu as well.
