Guhalgu Jeju is a cat cafe in Jeju that serves coffee and matcha lattes. The coffee is decent, the matcha latte stands out, and cats are inside the store. Arriving at opening time allows seating in either the main building or the small room in between. The rough floor makes it a bit cold.
