BRINAKE O SHU

Brina Ke O Shu is a bakery cafe in Aewol, Jeju, selling brioche, desserts such as Dubai chewy cookies, and coffee. Its signature brioche brick is crisp outside and moist inside, and comes in honey butter brick and almond brick versions. The interior has red brick walls and a courtyard, with a small garden visible through full-length windows. Most of the popular desserts sell out by 2 p.m.
