Beoltun Industrial Jeju City Hall is a comic cafe in Jeju, located directly in front of Jeju City Hall. It serves ramyeon and side dishes alongside its comic books, and the large interior holds a wide selection of comics for reading. The seating is comfortable enough to fall asleep while reading. The ramyeon comes out either salty or soggy.
