Jipapé

Jipape is a small izakaya in an alley near the Jeju City bus terminal, serving hoe, sushi, and sukiyaki. It offers teuk-modeum sushi and tuna belly sushi, and udon noodles can be added to the beef sukiyaki. A husband and wife handle the cooking and service, so food takes time to arrive after ordering. Without a reservation, there is a long wait.
