Fortyfive is a cocktail bar in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju, serving cocktails built around the seasons with paired desserts. It makes its own syrups and offers creative cocktails available only there. The bar blends its own aroma oils so each drink begins with scent, and desserts and drinks follow one another like a course, with sound used as part of the sequence.
