Place Kkotsum is a large cafe in Jeju that serves patbingsu and house-made tea. The patbingsu uses red beans boiled in-house and is made not too sweet. There are seats with large, comfortable tables and chairs, and the parking lot is also large. The sound of visitors talking is loud, so it is hard to drink tea quietly.
