Halla Library

Halla Library is a public library next to Halla Arboretum in Jeju. It holds many books about Jeju and new bestsellers, and exhibitions take place on the first floor. Visitors can borrow five books for two weeks, and the parking lot is large. The general reading room is in the basement, and it is dark and cramped.
