Haesinsa is a small shrine at the entrance of Hwabuk Port in Jeju. Fishermen and haenyeo hold haesinjae there to pray for safety and abundance at sea. It sits on Olle Course 18 and was built in 1820 by Jeju magistrate Han Sangmuk, then repaired in 1841. The site is small, so it does not take long to look around.
