Daljutaek

Dal Jutaek is a house bar in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju, serving makgeolli, jeon, and gopchang jeongol. The minari jeon is pan-fried thin and crisp rather than heavy with flour, and the aged kimchi tuna rolls are another signature anju. On Friday after work hours the tables fill up, and dotorimuk and dubu kimchi come out as basic anju. At night the lighting brings out the atmosphere of the house itself.
