Taiho Ramen Honten is a Japanese ramen shop in Fukuoka, an eight-minute walk from Nishitetsu Kurume Station. It makes its pork bone broth using the yobimodoshi method, adding new broth without emptying the pot, and serves old-style ramen and black ramen. Before 11 a.m. on weekdays about four people wait, and before 11 a.m. on Sundays there is also a line, with staff taking orders in turn. The pork bone smell typical of tonkotsu is strong from the entrance.
