Jamsil Ricenz is a large apartment complex in Songpa-gu, Seoul, directly connected to a Line 2 station and close to the Jamsil Saenae food alley and Lotte World Tower. The complex contains a kindergarten, elementary, middle and high schools, and a community center, with Hangang Park and Seokchon Lake also nearby. There are three entrances — the East Gate, West Gate and North Gate — and parking is underground only. The underground parking area is small and the spaces are narrow.
