Selfwine

Self Wine is a winery in Seoul where customers make their own wine to take home as gifts or for anniversaries. Customers choose a varietal from white, red, or dessert wine and taste seven wines to make the selection. The minimum batch is 15 bottles, and the finished wine is stored free for up to two years, with customers collecting only the number of bottles they need. The hands-on session covers only carbonating the base liquid and adding yeast.
