Off the Record is a bar in Seoul that plays techno music and sells tequila. A DJ dances to the techno music. On a first visit, staff serve crackers and respond with smiles, and the restroom is clean. Between 2 and 3 a.m., the number of club visitors drops and the bar becomes quiet.
