Midoriya

Midoriya is an izakaya in Itaewon that serves salmon hoe and sashimi. Orders can combine seafood ramen with yubu sushi, or grilled chicken neck meat with yukhoe salmon. The seafood ramen has a large portion of noodles and a clean broth, and the yubu sushi is sweet and tangy. The sashimi arrives on ice, and when the ice melts, staff move it to a bowl.
