Itaewon Yeoinsook is a wine bar in Itaewon that serves wine alongside gibutter steak. A gibutter steak set can be ordered with honey-bam-mat-tang and cheese shrimp ramyeon added, and the steak is cooked to order. The interior is decorated like a musical stage and the tables are arranged for conversation, and the wine list is limited to red, white, and sparkling. The gibutter leaves a lingering richness, and there are no appetizer or dessert menus.
