Colly is a cocktail bar in Itaewon that serves cocktails and straight gin and rum. The owner makes an Old Fashioned and picks a cocktail from the bar's strengths when asked for a recommendation. A large window on the second floor lets in the wind, and when the bar is not busy, drinks are made to match your taste without a menu. Ordering drinks is not a problem even without speaking English.
