Itaewon Bugundang History Park is a small park on a hill near Itaewon Station and Noksapyeong Station. From the park, visitors can see Namsan Tower, Inwangsan, Haebangchon, and Yongsan Park. The park contains a memorial to Yu Gwan-sun and a bugundang shrine that houses the village guardian deity, and the Seoul skyline is visible both day and night. The bugundang was originally located halfway up Namsan and was moved to its current site during the Japanese colonial period when a training ground was built, and it is not open to the public.
