Sark Kahvesi

Şark Kahvesi is a traditional cafe inside the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul that serves Turkish coffee, tea, and desserts. It offers Turkish coffee, Ottoman coffee with milk, and Şark coffee with pistachio, along with lokum on the side. Sand coffee and mastic gum coffee are also available, and gözleme is made in front of customers. The menu centers on drinks and sweets rather than meals, and prices are on the high side.
