Probador Colectiva Cafe

Probador Colectiva is a specialty coffee shop in central Istanbul that roasts its own beans. It offers V60, pour-over, and Japanese-style iced brew, and customers can smell six to eight kinds of beans before ordering. Beans from different origins are served in various ways, such as Ethiopian washed batch brew, Rwandan espresso, and Costa Rican iced hand drip. Staff are blunt and rude.
