Mandabatmaz

Mandabatmaz is a traditional Turkish coffee cafe in an alley off Istiklal Street near Taksim Square in Istanbul. Turkish coffee here is brewed by boiling coffee grounds in a cezve, served strong with plenty of foam, and ordered with full sugar. The shop has run since 1967, and orders can be placed in either the main building or the annex on the right, with indoor and outdoor seating available. Outdoor tables come with secondhand smoke from nearby smokers.
