360 Istanbul is a bar on Istiklal Street in Taksim where you can have dinner and cocktails with a view of the Bosphorus. Dinner comes with live music or jazz, and there is a selection of cocktails. The outdoor terrace and balcony require a reservation, and in winter the indoor view of the Bosphorus is less meaningful. The food is on the expensive side.
