Harder Kulm

Harder Kulm is a viewing platform above Interlaken that looks out over Lake Thun and the Jungfrau together, a five-minute walk from Interlaken Ost station. A red funicular runs every 30 minutes and reaches the top in about 10 minutes, where the three peaks of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau are visible. At the summit restaurant, visitors can eat fondue while taking in the panoramic view. Around sunset, the line for the descending funicular grows by about an hour.
