Bongjeongam Five-story Sarira Pagoda

Bongjeongam Ocheung Seoktap is a five-story stone pagoda at 1,244 meters above sea level below Socheongbong in Seoraksan. It is one of Korea's five Jeokmyeol Bogung shrines enshrining the Buddha's true sarira, facing the Gongnyong Ridge and Yongajangseong. At mealtime, seaweed soup and kimchi are provided free of charge, and lodging requires a phone reservation in advance. The route continuing from Baekdamsa is long and rough, making it difficult for ordinary people to reach.
