Küisine

Küisine is a restaurant in Taichung that serves Asian dishes such as stir-fried water spinach, mapo tofu, and stir-fried squid. These three dishes are often ordered together, and many local diners eat here. Arriving at opening time can still mean a wait of about 10 minutes before the place fills up. Seating is closely spaced and the dining room is loud.
