Boksunine

Boksoonine is a restaurant inside Namgwangju Market in Gwangju. It serves gul bossam and monkfish suyuk, with monkfish liver on the side. Outside dinner hours, you can wait while the bossam is boiled, and the cod soup comes topped with water dropwort. When many customers are there, seats may be unavailable or you may not be able to eat right away.
