Tempura to Sakana Umino is an izakaya in Tenjin, Fukuoka that serves fried dishes and drinking snacks. The tempura comes as an omakase course or as individual pieces chosen by the customer, eaten with several kinds of salt. It is about a five-minute walk from Tenjin Station, and at lunch the shop sells tendon. During a set meal, the next fried item is added right away so it is eaten freshly fried.
