Wonjo Bucheon Barbecue

Wonjobucheon Barbecue is a long-running charcoal chicken barbecue restaurant in Incheon. Orders come half salt-grilled and half marinated, with noodles added, and the marinade is boiled separately and poured on. Takeout takes about 25 minutes to prepare, so calling ahead shortens the wait, and the restaurant has held the same spot since 1988. The space is old and does not have the polished look of newer places.
