Wangchang Jaldoeneun Jip

Wangchang Jal Doeneun Jip is a bandaengi specialist on the second-floor food court of Ganghwa Pungmul Market in Ganghwa-eup, Incheon. It serves a three-item set of bandaengi hoe, hoe muchim, and grilled bandaengi, along with baekhap kalguksu. Orders are set out at the table with almost no wait, and the bandaengi hoe is eaten on lettuce with cho gochujang or doenjang. Outside its season, the bandaengi hoe smells fishy.
