Ganghwa Son Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant in Yangdo-myeon on Ganghwa Island. It serves kaljebi, which comes with hand-cut noodles made from dough prepared on site and sujebi. On weekend lunchtimes, you write down your name and mobile phone number and can wait about 20 minutes. Parking is available in front of and behind the building, and the noodles are thick with a strong flour taste.
