Chungmu Kalguksu Bossam

Chungmu Kalguksu Bossam is a restaurant in Ganghwa-eup, Incheon, about 6.2 km from the Goryeosan azalea festival grounds on Ganghwa Island, serving kalguksu and bossam. The kalguksu uses chewy noodles in an anchovy broth, with geotjeori kimchi and dadagi served on the side. A single order is divided into two bowls along with the broth, and the dining room is large and clean. The bossam meat is somewhat dry.
