Noodle Platform is a noodle museum on the Gaetgjang street next to Chinatown in Incheon. It exhibits the history of noodles including jjajangmyeon and jjolmyeon, as well as the evolution of noodle dishes worldwide. Admission is free, and it also runs experiences for making your own cup ramen and making noodles. Parking space is small, so it is difficult to accommodate many vehicles.
