Hwagae Garden

Hwagae Garden sits on Hwagae Mountain on Gyodong Island in Ganghwa, Incheon. It holds the exile site of Yeonsangun and themed sculptures, and the flowers and roses change with the seasons. Walking to the observation deck takes about 20 to 30 minutes, and chairs and heaters inside provide a place to rest. On weekends and holidays, the monorail wait runs from 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes.
