Ilgwang Mine is a closed copper mine in Busan, established in 1930 when the Japanese colonial administration developed the site and a village grew around it. Traces of the old mine buildings remain. The mine entrance is closed off by a water purification facility and the area is managed for water protection. Detailed historical explanation and preservation at the site are lacking.
