Uminoie is a bar near Tsuruhashi Station in Osaka that serves makgeolli and soju. The master selects and recommends the drinks for you. It stays open late, so it works as a final stop of the night. Conversation between the master and customers runs throughout, so it is not suited to sitting quietly alone.
