Yuksanjang

Yuksanjang is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Hongdae that grills beef galbi and samgyeopsal (pork belly). The galbi and galmaegisal are par-cooked and served right away, and bone marrow and doenjang jjigae are also available. The interior is styled like a mountain lodge or glamping site, and the seats in front of the burners are not hot, with generous space between tables. The doenjang jjigae comes with plenty of solid ingredients, and basic side dishes, kimchi stew, and bokkeumbap are served as well.
