Yeougol Hongdae Branch

Yeougol Hongdae serves eel, tuna, otoro, and wagyu sushi in the Hongdae area of Seoul. Orders of eel, tuna, and otoro sushi and a salmon set sometimes come with aged kimchi sushi or jang saeu as a service item. The raw fish has no fishy smell and is cut thick, and the tuna is in good thawed condition and tends to be soft. The rice holds a lot of moisture, so it is sticky and breaks apart easily, making it hard to pick up with chopsticks.
