Yeon-Eodang

Salmon Dang is a restaurant in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, that serves all-you-can-eat salmon and assorted hoe. Each table receives a platter of salmon and other raw fish along with eomuk-tang, fried dishes, and udon. The eomuk-tang and fried dishes come together, and the udon is served with the fish cake as the main component. The raw fish other than the salmon has a fishy aftertaste.
