Yanghwaro Hoejip is a raw fish restaurant in Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, that serves hoe and soup. The hoe is fresh and the soup comes with it. At lunch, grilled mackerel and stir-fried squid are also available to order. The service is on the disappointing side.
