Udon Kaden

Udon Kaden is an udon restaurant near Hapjeong Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul. The Sami Udon serves on udon, cold udon, and curry udon in small portions at once, and the Ebi Ten Bukkake Udon is a cold udon topped with fried shrimp. Arriving at 6 p.m. meant a 30-minute wait, and at lunch the line started forming from 11:25 a.m. Depending on the menu, the broth can taste too salty.
