Uahage

Uahage is a restaurant in Hongdae that serves charcoal-grilled tteokgalbi and steak set meals. The tteokgalbi is grilled over charcoal or direct heat in front of the customer after ordering, and comes as Korean- or Western-style set meals and rice bowls. The meat is cooked at the center and brought to each seat, and rice and side dishes are refilled. Smoke from grilling the tteokgalbi stays indoors and can leave a smell on clothes and hair.
