Tsukizen

Tsukizen is a tonkatsu restaurant in Hapjeong that serves shaton briand, rosu katsu, and menchi katsu. The shaton briand, made from tenderloin, is soft, while the rosu katsu is fried crisp and eaten dipped in wasabi and salt. Rice and salad can be refilled on request, and miso soup and rice are served with the meal. The sirloin cut is chewy when bitten.
