Tiger Bao

Tiger Bao is a hamburger restaurant in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, near Hongdae and Sangsu Station. It serves handmade bao burgers that put Korean ingredients into Chinese-style steamed buns. The tteokgalbi patty and soy sauce-based sauce mix an American-style burger with Korean ingredients. The owner makes the buns, patties, and sauces, and the seating is at a bar.
